At the time of application for entrance to SWBC, a non-refundable application fee of $25.00 is required

Tuition / Fees / Textbooks

• Tuition is $715.00 per quarter or $2145.00 per academic year for all students enrolled in 12-17 credit hour. Students enrolled in additional credits above 17 will be charged an additional $30.00 per credit. Students enrolled in less than 12 credit per quarter will be charged at the rate of $65.00 per credit. When both husband and wife attend SWBC at the same time, on a full time basis, there is a one-half (1/2) reduction in the tuition of the spouse. Appropriate financial arrangements are required for official registration.
• Auditing Fees are charged to those who wish to audit a course. Auditing fees are $35.00 per credit hour - non-refundable.
• Deferred Payment Fees are charged to all students that fail to pay their entire quarterly bill for tuition and fees on or before "final registration" day for the quarter. This fee is $25.00 for full-time students and will be pro-rated for all part-time students.
• General Student Fees help with library and computer development. A general student fee of $25.00 is charged each quarter to all students taking 9 or more credit hours - $15.00 for 3 to 8 credit hours - no charge for less than 3 credits.
• Textbook charges vary in cost from quarter to quarter. SWBC provides a book purchasing service and required books are often available at wholesale prices. Students should be prepared to pay for all textbook related expenses for the quarter before attending classes.

Scholarships / Discounts

• Scholarships are limited in number, but may be available. Please check with the SWBC office regarding scholarship requirements and application procedures.
• Pastoral / Missionary Discounts are available for pastors, missionaries, their spouses and dependent children. Contact SWBC for details.
