The Board of Directors for Southwest Bible College is presently comprised of seven ministers. Four currently serve as the Senior Pastor in their respective churches, while the others are engaged in a variety of ministries.  The Board desires that the school provide inter-denominational ministry to assist those who are moving toward ministry.

Southwest Bible College recognizes that the local church is the primary vehicle through which people move toward ministry. Southwest Bible College seeks to complement the work of the church by equipping students with biblical studies resources and by assisting them to develop practical ministry skills.
